Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital files, we handle refunds differently than physical goods.

Eligible for a Refund

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if: the file is corrupted or does not match its description, you were charged more than once for the same order, or you experience a technical issue we are unable to resolve.

Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are not offered simply because a product wasn't what you expected, due to a change of mind, or once a file has been substantially downloaded and used.

How to Request a Refund
